Los Furies (sí, ahora ya no son más The Baseball Furies) son una anomalía en la escena local: además de citar como principales íconos musicales a bandas de géneros atípicos como el space-rock y el kraut, no se limitan a reproducir sus clichés, sino que demuestran tener vuelo propio. También acusan influencias de las revistas baratas y relatos de ciencia ficción, los videos de OVNIs y autopsias a extraterrestres y las terrazas y descampados.
Sus dos EPs debut(The Four-Sided Triangle y The Baseball Furies) conforman una epopeya cósmica que da testimonio de por qué son considerados uno de los grupos más audaces y talentosos de la actualidad.

The Furies are quite a rare bird in the local scene: not only they list bands of atypical genres such as kraut and space-rock as their main influences, but also manage to fly to their own heights, avoiding the fall to the wasteland of clichés. Maybe because their influences extend to cheap sci-fi magazines and paperbacks, UFO videos and alien autopsies, rooftops and deserted landscapes.
Their two first EPs (The Four-Sided Triangle and The Baseball Furies) give shape to a cosmic odyssey that proves why they are considered one of the most talented and bold bands in the current local scene.
